Jeff's specialty is Electional Astrology - the art of selecting auspicious times to sign contracts, release product, travel, and schedule weddings, surgery, and other important events. Jeff has a remarkable client base and data bank of thousands of case studies. He's spoken for IONS, MUFON, the Joshua Tree Retreat Center, and the Association of Celebrity Personal Assistants. He has been a guest on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, Veritas Radio, Fade to Black, QuiteFrankly, and numerous other radio, TV, and web shows.

Jeff spent many years in Beverly Hills and has a remarkable client base and data bank of thousands of case studies.

As well as being a life-long astrologer, Jeff owns Conjunction, LLC, a motion picture company. He has a diverse career in the entertainment industry and a technical background in the areas of audio forensics, audio engineering, electronic design consulting, and acoustical consulting. Jeff taught physics of sound and acoustics, electronics, and advanced acoustical design, testing, and audio engineering. He held classes at such places as the renowned Riverbank Acoustics Laboratory in Geneva, IL, which was involved in secret work for the military during WWI and WWII.

Jeff worked in production, filming, and recording with such diverse people as George Carlin, Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Greg Morris from Mission Impossible, Budd Boetticher, and Bernard Girard. And, he's the only astrologer who keeps his clients' files in the late George Carlin's filing cabinets! Jeff was once consulted as an analyst of the JFK assassination footage. He has also conducted forensic work in voice print analysis and other audio technical capabilities with many federal, state, and local agencies.

Jeff holds U.S. and international patents in technology: United States Patent Numbers 5,719,920 (dated Feb. 17, 1998) and 5,826,235 (dated Oct. 20, 1998).

Jeff is married to actress Camille James Harman and is the father of actor Aidan Harman.

- My Journey Into Astrology -

My journey into learning astrology started in 1975. When I was driving cars and meeting girlfriends, my mother would tell me about various traits that a certain girlfriend would have. She would say "this girl will be like this or that girl will be like that," and I would say "how do you know?" She would come back with "Well, I have their astrology chart." I said, "That stuff really doesn't work," but what's interesting is my mom responded, "Well, before you knock it, you should check it out". So I did, and to my amazement, I found it was extremely interesting and accurate. At the time, my mom was studying with a very famous astrologer named Robert Hand, as well as several other astrologers. By the late 70's my mom and I had a great time working on astrology together, and I became quite smitten with it. My mom was truly an amazing, amazing lady whom I will always cherish dearly.
